These are exactly what I needed for my insulin syringes so I could take insulin to work for lunch dosing. I can’t afford insulin pens and I needed a way to take a prefilled syringe with me. The description Does say which syringes do and don’t work so be sure to fully read thru all of that. I use the ReliOn 31G, 6mm, 3/10ml short needle syringes for U-100 insulin and they fit great, even if they’re Full (30 units). I do like the clear case over the solid colored one but that’s a minor detail.

Does the job
It does the job. Seemed like the syringe is being bent ever-so-slightly when closed, but it didn’t cause a problem. Stays shut nice and tight.

All the syringes fit
I tried other syringe holders and syringes with rounded flanges would not fit but these holders had no problem with the round flanges. I now don’t have to worry which syringes I use now.

Excelente material!!!! tanto el verde opaco como el azul transparentes, si funciona con jeringas cargadas con insulina 40 unidades. queda completamente cerrada, no se colapsa en si misma. la verdad es que muy muy util tanto para tenerlo en casa como para viaje o paseo!!!!

Strong and but check the syring length
I have injection which has a 5mm needle. It is long enough overall but the location of the cut outs means there is not enough room. A couple more cut outs would be helpful

Does fit a fully loaded insulin pin.
Good product. But doest take a ful 1ml 100unit pin. Only take a .9ml or a 90 unit pin. An extra 4mm would have fixed. But this is with terumo pins. Not sure about bd ultra pins with longer caps.
