Only Creatine I've ever used. Been using this brand the last couple years. After years of my knees bothering me it Did seem to make my knees stop hurting and clicking when I went upstairs after I started taking this. Does seem to help with muscle soreness with some gains with med workouts at 43yrs old. Great price and $5 cheaper than my local Walmart. Decent taste and mixes up probably 85% with little on bottom at end.
