Vetality Stop The Runs Dog Anti Diarrhea Medicine, 6 Count, Fast-Acting

My eldest Yorkie suddenly had terrible diarrhea- I’m not sure why, my other dogs were all fine.I was really skeptical to try this product but for the price I thought it was worth a try. I ordered it to be delivered in 3 hours and thought I’d try it or take him to the vet in the morning.I gave him half a tablet which he ate (broken in half) and I was surprised he ate it as he’s very fussy.I waited a couple of hours but there wasn’t much improvement so I decided to give another 1/4 - well this he didn’t want to eat! So I had to hold his jaw closed till it dissolved which was fun.There wasn’t much improvement some improvement but I decided to give the next 1/4 but broken up really small and mashed up with a tea spoon of wet food. He finally ate that!So I can’t vouch for the taste- he wasn’t impressed at all.He stopped running back and forth to his wee mat and laid down and in the morning his stools were 1/2 firm and after a couple more hours almost totally normal.So one tablet over about 8 hours and he was feeling much better!Glad to have them in the cupboard incase it happens again.So yes I recommend them

My dog had bad diarrhea for about 6 days. I gave her this medication as per instructions. The first day, nothing. Second day, same thing. Finally, on the third day, she was all better! I'm happy because I was beginning to get a little worried and was planning a vet visit if these didn't work but, thank goodness they did. She ate them no problem.

What an amazing product. If you are squeamish, just stop reading now and note the 5 star review. Amazon would like a photo but if I gave before and after photos of what came out of my dog, you couldn't unsee it. Let's just say my dog never has bowel issues. I think she ate something on a walk. The next day it was pudding texture and I thought, that's not good. The following day it looked like the final day of a colonoscopy prep, if you've ever been there. My dog took a pill in just 2 meals, dinner and breakfast the next day. For her size, 50 lbs., the dosage was 3 pills a day. I never gave her the third dose. There's always the debate...this looks really bad, should I go to the vet? $$$ vs. let's give this product a try. The result -- back to normal in one day. I will note that the tablets are very hard and pretty large. I chose to break them in half to put in my dog's food. Depending on the dog's weight, you might have to cut them. They aren't easy to cut, but a pill cutter might be helpful. Given the fabulous results, this is not a big deal. Happy dog, happy person.

My dag was having the runs from the stress of boarding (and we think they over fed her and gave her too many treats). The vet recommended a different probiotic after I purchased this. I tried what the vet recommended for 2 days without any relief. I switched to this and after one day my dog has had a noticable difference! It's stopping the runs and now just waiting for her to have a solid poop. Her full energy is back, happy, and back to her normal self. I was nervous about this product if it really worked and it does!!!

I foster dogs so deal with all kinds of tummy issues. I had a nursing mom who poor thing couldn't shake the diarrhea. I tried various probiotics and binders and it wasn't getting much better. I tried this for 2 days and noticeable improvements. It's not as firm as I'd like but i can finally pick it up without having to rinse down the grass after. I also had a puppy who had perfect poops which if you've had puppies know that's a miracle. Anyhow 1 day before going to be spayed all of a sudden it was a liquid mess. This said dogs/puppies so I gave it a shot. She was small but gave her few smaller portions of the pill and it was gone overnight so she didn't go into surgery with an upset tummy. Only giving 4 star because i think it's a little pricey for what you get. I did order a 2nd box because like i said it works and I need to have it available for the next needy pup.
