In a search for adding the benefits of mushrooms I saw this and thought I’d try it. OMGoodness these things are so good. I was shocked at the first taste and I’ll be honest, I look forward to taking them every morning. I have noticed that my craving for coffee is diminishing, which is good because as you know, caffeine isn’t great for the body. I’ve also noticed that my energy level maintains throughout the day with no crashes. Love that! Truthfully I love mushrooms anyway. I’m that person who buys two containers when cooking. 1 to eat, 1 for cooking. With all the hype about mushroom coffee I thought I’d try this first since the coffee is a bit steep for my wallet the way I like coffee. I wasn’t expecting to love these to be honest. I’ve tried a few mushroom supplements before and they always felt like a chore. First off the flavor caught me off guard. I saw “naturally watermelon flavored “ and braced myself for something overly sweet or synthetic but its surprisingly mellow and clean. I don’t know how they managed to blend 10 mushrooms into something that tastes this good without completely masking it or making it weird. What I appreciate most is that this doesn’t feel like just another wellness trend in a bottle. I’ve been taking them daily and I can’t if it’s placebo or real but my focus has been a little sharper and I’ve felt more balanced during the day. Could just be the ritual of it but either way I’ll take it. One small thing : the gummies are on the firmer side which I actually like but if you’re used to super soft texture just a heads up. Still very easy to chew but not super mushy. All in all I am glad I gave these a shot. They are the first mushroom supplement I actually enjoy taking and that alone makes them worth it for me.

Product arrived stuck together inside bottle however this would be expected due to it being a gummy style supplement. Flavor was good however I didn’t notice any difference even after taking it for the full month. Did not re-order.

I got sever rush over my legs and arms after 2 days of taking these gummy vitamins. I stopped taking it , but the rush was still there for another 2 weeks. I am not allergic to mushrooms and have taken Host Defense brand mushroom vitamins before. However, they are in capsules and I wanted to try gummies. I have emailed the manufacturer about my allergic reaction,but I never got any response. I unsuccessfully tried to upload a picture of my sever reaction to the vitamin gummies, but each time I would get "sorry, please try again "
