Posting this review after 14 months The quality is reasonable, but the durability kill our price It is stop working and no way I can claim the warranty as it is passed just extra one month. There will be a motor Sound inside, but no steam will come out. Additionally Water capacity is really less. I cannot complete a linen shirt with this steam. minimum, I have to fill two times The plug will not support regular PowerPoint, so you need to have converter Total disappointment, waste of money and no support from the company
