I own a Window Treatment Company. We sell a lot of Plantation (indoor) Shutters and we use these cap to cover those ugly holes left behind. They are easy it place or remove so unlike caulking if the shutter needs to come down for some reason, there is no digging out the caulk from a tiny trim head screws. My customers are very happy with the finished product.
