Will it treat black spot and powdery mildew on roses?

Those are what it is intended for, along with similar leaf diseases on flowering plants. Start at the first spotting rather than waiting - fungicides protect healthy tissue far better than they rescue badly infected leaves.

Do I need to mix it with water?

No. It connects directly to a garden hose and doses itself as you spray. Shake first, cover the tops and undersides of the leaves, and stop when the bottle runs out. Do not transfer it to a pump sprayer.

Will it burn or mark the blooms?

Spray in early morning or evening, never in full midday sun or onto heat-stressed plants, and test one plant first if you are unsure. Avoid soaking open flowers. Follow the label's precautions for your plant types.

Is it safe for bees and other pollinators?

Roses draw pollinators, so treat at dusk or early morning when bees are not active and keep spray off open blooms. Let it dry fully before the garden is back in use. Read the label's pollinator guidance before applying.
