Pretty good!
Pretty good on first use. Used them at a loud gig at front row and seemed effective. I have had other pairs of Alpines and am happy to recommend these for my propose.

Great alternative to more expensive earplugs
Comes with three tip sizes, so I found a comfortable fit for both myself and my girlfriend (large for me, small for her). However, there's only one set of the solid filter pieces, so only one person can actually use them at a time. Used them at the IMAX and they worked really well – dialogue remained clear without everything feeling overwhelmingly loud. Much cheaper than my Loops and, for me, worked just as well. Changing the plastic filters between tips is a little fiddly, but once fitted everything feels very secure.

I think I'd get better protection from cheap foam ear plugs
I did my research, considered three brands but in the end my budget concious brain took over and I bought these as the reviews (online elsewhere, not here) were 'OK' When they arrived I read the instructions, carefully selected the right size and slipped them in before the support opened last night's Metallica show. I think the bands all rocked, however they sounded pretty muffled, barely any better than using foam earplugs and this morning my ears are ringing pretty much as I would expect from going 'without protection' Disapointed!

Sehr Gut. Super Sitz. Gute Geräuschdämmung.
Die Ohrstöpsel funktionieren super. Konnte sie jetzt auf mehreren Festivals testen. Jedesmal ohne Mängel. Das einzige Manko ist, sie sitzen so perfekt, dass ich schon mehrfach vergessen habe sie wieder rauszunehmen. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen.
