Tastes great, and a value for the money.
My hubby loves these. They are the best out there I have found for the money. They build muscle. My husband had fourth stage cancer and GOD cured him. During out journey a friend said eat more sardines. We did. He feels more able now, stronger than before. We eat the three times a week. Not the cheap ones, they are not worth it. These are not that more money, and they are well worth every cent. Thank you. Ann Foster, BooksbyAFoster

Delicious, Fast, Easy, Healthy - and at a great price
I eat these (or the plain ones, but these are my favorite variety) every week. They make an especially good lunch because it's so fast and filling. My favorite thing about them is how moist and tender the fish remains - they melt in your mouth. They're super healthy, especially with the extra nutrition from the skin and bones. The Jalapeños add a good amount of heat - which balances the fatty nature of the fish very well and really spices things up. Getting them in a 12 pack on amazon, especially with subscribe and save, is much cheaper than every other store I've gotten them at and much more convenient, so you're getting great value.

Ordered hot jalepeno but got Dijon
Got the wrong flavor but quite surprised that I really like the Dijon. I add tomatoes, a Lyle bit of milk for some sauce and squeeze a whole lime for added flair and acidity. Nice combination of spicy and savory my favorite flavors. I top it off with chili oil on a bed of rice. I think the 12pk is a fair deal for the price. Love that the skin on the fillet for added nutrients. This would be by go-to meal when my days are busy and tired. I have this on. Subscribe and save. My go to recipe is sautee sliced onion seasoned with salt, garlic and onion powder. Add slice cherry tomatoes until cooked down. And more seasonings, then add broth and coconut cream/milk with the juice of a whole lime. Chuck a dried Thai chili pepper for that added kick. Then add the mustard sardines. Let it simmer on low heat. Then lastly spoon over a hot bed of rice! Oooh yum!

Best sardines on the market.
Took a while to get the sardines but well worth the wait. These are the best sardines I’ve ever eaten. Slightly higher in cost but worth it. The Mediterranean style sardines are also good.
