Once you go aluminosilicate glass, you can't go back to PTFE.
I've had previous-gen aluminosilicate glass skates from Superglide that came completely polished to a glossy finish and were almost TOO smooth. You might think "how's that a bad thing?" but when so much as breathing on the mouse can cause it to move, that also makes it harder than you'd imagine to precisely click on things because the mouse almost floats like an air hockey puck. But I suppose some people apparently like that sort of thing. I actually had to lightly buff those older glossy skates with 4,000+ grit automotive grade sandpaper (for polishing clearcoat paint) just to give them a modicum of friction and static pressure. But these newer gen skates are great right out of the box, they're not polished to a mirror finish like the older glossy ones, and actually have more of a papery texture to them (they call it Controllable Speed Surfacing) which allows the best of both worlds: responsive kinetic pressure and also stable static pressure ... movement is super slick in all directions, but also precise once in position. Such a huge improvement over Logitech's stock PTFE feet which almost make mousing feel like a chore even despite the 60g weight of the Pro X. These make it handle like a dream without the problem of your mouse sliding off the desk like Clark Griswold going downhill on a silicone-greased metal sled.

Insanely Smooth and Precise
These glass skates are a game changer. My mouse glides effortlessly and tracking feels more accurate. Great upgrade over stock feet. They’re durable, look clean, and make aiming feel way more consistent.

I’m a pro let me teach you
I’ve had this product for about 7 months at the time of writing this review and only now has the skates started to chip only due to my (cloth) mousepad being out of commission. Other than this, I take care of my products. So i will be buying another set because they’re definitely worth. I’ve read a few other reviews and even seen one of a valorant clip LOL and the guy had a random third party skate around his sensor, completely unrelated to the Super Glide skates. These Skates do NOT cause choppy aim or stutters/skipping. The adhesive is very thin and neat. Just follow the instructions and it’ll actually work. Also, about another review i read. Some guy gave one star because his mouse called him out for having an un-level desk all because it was sliding across by itself... Well, glass skates are kind of meant for less friction, so it’s almost like it’s doing its job REALLLYYYYY well. So the product wasn’t the issue here, but maybe we need to pull out a toolbox and work on that desk.

Very Smooth but Notably Increases Weight
The default skates on the Logitech PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE are ok but, imo, do not keep up with the ground breaking tech in the switches. After some research, I grabbed both the Superglide and ESPTIGER ICE V2 replacements. Based on the cost, I assumed the Superglides would be the winner. I was wrong. Installed the Superglide skates and immediately noticed an increase in weight, in particular, towards the back of the mouse. I also noticed there is no replacement small oval around the sensor window - but that's on me - the pictures and description clearly spell that out. Then I installed the ESPTIGER skates and found the winner. Much less friction than the default skates, no real change in weight, quite happy I made the switch. Superglide didn't work for me, it might work for you.

Very smooth! Definitely an upgrade from stock.
These are amazing if you are in the correct surface. I’m using them on an aquarium control Plus pad. They are a lot better than the stock pads! They make the mouse that much smoother while having a nice balance of control. Very smooth

Noticeable improvement
I purchased this product to hopefully improve my aim in TPS games like Marvel Rivals. After getting used to the glassy feeling, I do feel that it helps with accuracy. Worth the money, but I wouldn't say it's 100% necessary to change the stock skates.

Excellent replacement for controlled precision
Infinitely better than the stock skates on the Superstrike V2. Control is on point but they still slide around fantastically on a nice pad.

Super smooth
WOW! The difference is astronomical. I don't write reviews that often, but these skates changed the game for me. They're so damn smooth.

After 2 Months of Use: Easily My #1 Choice
- They're faster than PTFE skates like Tiger Ice, yet feel easy enough to control, and have a very smooth glide. - The previous Superglides were good, I was happy with them, but they had a long break in period until they weren't insanely fast to the point of sliding on their own. This new model doesn't have that same issue, is great out of the box, and faster/smoother than a broken-in gen 1 version is, those ended up slowing significantly (and yes I kept them clean/skin free). - I waited 2 months to see how this would break in to leave this review, and so far, so good. A word of caution, though, don't get glass skates gunked up with skin. I don't, which is why I love to use them. If you do, perhaps glass isn't for you. - I saw someone comment that it has a "coating"... it's frosted glass, it doesn't appear to be a coating. The only thing I can currently complain about is the price, $33 is a bit much for skates... but it is the best IMO, so I'm sticking with Pulsar until someone beats them.
