I received the kefir grains and the jar had leaked in transit་. I put the grains into fresh milk and let them do their thing. It’s been three weeks, and the grains have doubled. This kefir is top-notch. I’m feeling better after having probiotics by drinking kefir than by downing them in capsule form. In the US, kefir grains start around $5, which is 500 rupees. This product is on par with those prices.The kefir produced is thick and tastes good. It can be fermented in the fridge or on the countertop. I would say if you keep them clean and fed every day, they are worth it.I use powdered cow milk in boiled cooled water. Worth it!
