If you love banana milkshake like I do this product is for you.I’ve never eaten breakfast or lunch since my early teens because I always feel extremely sickly at the thought of food before 2-3pm.This product allows me to ‘eat’ without actually eating. It’s a brilliant substitute for people like myself who simply can’t face eating food until MUCH later in the day.I don’t use it as weight loss product (I’m 5’4 and 8 stone 10lb) nor do I use it to maintain weight so I can’t help anyone with regards to that.I’m using the product more to ensure I’m getting enough calories throughout the day without having to eat.It’s delicious because it tastes just like banana nesquik.Sorry I can’t help with ‘weight loss’ effectiveness.
