I would say that no, it does not remove spots or eye bags permanently. It is however, a very good moisturizer. It isn't greasy, it absorbs into the skin well and makes your skin look refreshed. It also has a light, pleasant smell.

Will See if it works

Can't wait to try it. Not sure if it works or not but if it does what the men on TV say & it really does smooth out complexion, then it will be a winner. The man I know that will be using it says he likes the compact size & it does comes with a lid. A little pricey, but if it works, it will be great.

Fragrance smells terrible

Feels like good on the skin so far. I don’t like the fragrance. In fact I find it quite repulsive; like old man’s cologne. I wonder if they have a fragrance free option. I don’t think I will buy this product again or any of this brand, if they all smell like this. Gross.
