Q: Is this printer compatible with Window 10?

Yes, this is compatible with Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems.

Q: This alphacard id suite basic v.11 software has records limitations if so how many?

AlphaCard ID Suite Basic has no database so no records are stored. You can print as many records as you need, however no records will be stored. You can upgrade to ID Suite Light which has a 200 record limit if needed.

Q: Is this compatible with mac, or does it support a mac driver?

No, it is not compatible. We had to get a Windows laptop for this machine, even though we use Mac products.

Q: How can i get warranty for this id printer; if i purchase the machine from on amazon?

This printer includes a two year manufacturer's warranty, so you can reach out to Datacard with your printer's serial number to get warranty assistance.
