Purchased this Pram in Deep Grey for my daughter. It arrived in 2 days. There was a part missing from car seat. Contacted seller who responded immediately and had part shipped to me. Part arrived and was fitted to car seat no problem. Pram easy to assemble and it is excellent quality. With all accessories included. Customer Service excellent would highly recommend!

Love it! Super lightweight and easy to handle and assemble
The only reason it doesn’t have 5 stars is I’m still waiting on my due date. I was so impressed I had to leave a review. Not only did it come before the delivery date stated it was packaged so well. Super easy to assemble! Super lightweight and easy to handle! Changing from the normal sear to car seat is super easy! The button to fold it is great and super helpful with no stress! I love everything about it and the black & rose gold colour is gorgeous! I would highly recommend! The car seat looks so comfortable and the whole unit really is lightweight and compact!

Faulty and safety issue, emailed for replacement or refund and was told it’s not a product fault which it is, handle bar to carry cot can’t be used because fabric covering hole seller no help at all would definitely not recommend this pram to anyone avoid seller at all cost, shame has pram in its self is beautiful I went for the purple

Looks like its more expensive cousins, seems well built
The pram was for my daughter who is expecting, it was easy to get out of the box and after a little bit of fumbling it went together quite easily, pram is sturdy and well built and similar to other prams that you pay alot more for, it was easy to fold and seems easy to change from the pram into a push chair, colour was lovely and even and perfectly matched the car seat, for what you pay its brilliant, was heavy but this just shows its built well.
