Worst experience post installation
Post-product delivery, there has been no proper after-sales service. The customer service number seems to be only for namesake, and even the TDS value has not been set by the engineer. I tried multiple times to contact customer service and finally managed to log an incident on the 7th. However, the issue is still not resolved. This is extremely disappointing and the worst service experience I have had with this brand. If you are not capable of providing proper after-sales service, please do not sell your products to customers.
