Couldn't live without 'em
I have IBS and had to stay away from lactose completely - until I found these. It takes a little bit of experimentation to work out how much your body needs but now I don't go to restaurants or travel without them. The only downside is the new flavour isn't as good as the old one, but they're still much more pleasant than other brands I've tried.

My saviour for dairy
As someone with lactose intolerance, I used to dread meals that involved cheese, cream sauces, or even a splash of milk in my coffee. After trying a few different brands of lactase pills over the years, I can confidently say these are a game changer.👍 What I Loved:They actually work. I can now eat pizza, ice cream, and even drink milkshakes without regret. I take one pill just before eating, and I’ve had zero digestive issues afterward. No aftertaste or weird smell. The pills are small, easy to swallow, and don’t leave any aftertaste.Fast-acting. I usually take it 5–10 minutes before eating dairy, and it kicks in quickly.Reliable. Unlike some brands where you never know if they’ll work or not, this one has been consistent every time I’ve used it.⚠️ A Few Notes:You do need to take the pill right before eating dairy – not 30 minutes before or after. Timing matters. For very heavy dairy meals (like a big cheesy lasagna), I sometimes take two pills to be safe. Not a cure – just a great workaround. It doesn’t “heal” lactose intolerance; it just helps your body deal with it better.Bottom Line:If you’re lactose intolerant and tired of skipping out on your favorite foods, give these a try. They’ve genuinely improved my quality of life. Just remember to keep a bottle in your bag or car — you’ll thank yourself next time someone suggests ice cream!

Udderly Fantastic
These work great, I've been taking them slowly to begin with when I'm either drinking coffee with milk, or ice cream. They have gotten rid of most of the stomach pain I used to get, and I have spent less time on the toilet. They taste like raspberry, however they're a little dry given they're chewable tablets and need a good washing down.Definitely worth the money.

Weird sweet citrus flavour, not plain like most products
Weird flavour, these are normally flavourless but it's got an odd sweet slightly citrus taste like a tic-tac or something. It's ok but doesn't go well with many food flavours...Seems to avert lactose problems mostly so on a par with other poop tablets as I call them...

It doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money.
It has never worked for me. I have tried this many times with food before my first bite as suggested. I have changed dosage too. It still doesn’t work. In fact, the first ingredient is just sugar so you can imagine this is just a sugar candy.
