The product itself is a good one. We have installed it in the kitchen. The 600mm blades generate strong wind force. The 5 speed helps a lot, though we have been using it at speed 2 or 3 which itself it good enough for a kitchen. The LED light gives it a good look but its nothing more than that. It doesn't provide light even though it is totally dark. The remote is very responsive and works even when you are little far away from the fan. The installation was a disappointment. The paid installation comes along with the purchase. They call you late and provide time when they feel is right and not as per your convenience. And if you cancel the appointment then you lose the money and they cancel the installation. My recommendation: Do not opt for installation when purchasing the fan. Once you receive the fan, you can raise a ticket with their support or online, and choose a time of your liking. They come within a day.

This is the future. Because you will have wifi at home and a Google account. So even if you lose yourrl remote, you could use your phone which everyone is gonna have at all times. And the remote replacement is also only 200 bucks I think. Works superb with Alexa, a bit slower on Google. It also has an app and can be shared with whomever visits your house. Also the efficiency is crazy, 60% less power than traditional fans. That's amazing. You can also see how much you saved in KW or Rupees in the app. Comes with 3 year warranty (2+1). Wish there was some more features like turning all six fans at home to full speed at once.

12 Fans Purchased. My Biggest Regret Is the After-Sales Service. I own around 12 Atomberg fans, so this review comes from long-term experience—not from a one-time purchase. The fans are marketed as energy-efficient, and yes, they can save around ₹111 per month on electricity. But here's what happened in my case: Two fans developed faults within about three years. One fan required service twice in the last 12 months. Each service visit cost me ₹1,200. The Reality Electricity savings (1 year): ₹111 × 12 = ₹1,332 Service expenses (2 visits): ₹1,200 × 2 = ₹2,400 Net Loss: ₹1,068 So, the money I saved on electricity was completely wiped out by repair costs. What disappointed me even more was the after-sales service. My service request was cancelled after a disagreement over how I addressed the service executive. Instead of resolving the product issue, the conversation became about whether I should have addressed him as "Sir." Even after raising multiple complaints, my issue remains unresolved. A premium product should come with premium customer support. When a company sells energy savings, it must also deliver reliability and professional service. If you're considering buying this fan, don't just compare electricity consumption. Also consider product reliability, repair costs, and the quality of after-sales support. In my experience, those factors matter much more in the long run. I genuinely hope Atomberg improves its customer service because customer satisfaction doesn't end with the sale.

This is my fifth Atomberg product, and they’re as great and reliable as ever! Installation and service support are excellent. It comes with all the usual bells and whistles like an IR remote, Alexa support, a great app, and seamless pairing. The maximum power rating is just 35 W, so it’s efficient too. This looks better than Renessa versions due to the modern colours and the ring in the centre!

Poor air delivery and only working at 5 speed level which also feels pretty low speed. Rest speed levels are useless. Works only if you have AC in the room. Stand alone it is not sufficient.

Fan looks good. Company should improve the quality of the remote. The speed of the fan is normal than other fan.
