How does the lifetime warranty work?? Owned since 2019..the button you use too switch on is faulty..have to move it around too work

Sorry you are having problems with the switch, Chris. I think you would have to track down the details of the manufacturer and contact them direct for lifetime warranty. In the meantime if you have or someone you know has some switch cleaner try working some into the upturned switch/end cap switching the button on and off a few times before screwing back on. Hope that helps
