So good that you don't realize it's gluten free...
These are the closest thing I’ve found to real ramen noodles that are gluten-free! The texture is surprisingly good, and they work perfectly with my favorite ramen recipes. I’ve tried quite a few gluten-free noodles, and these are by far one of the best substitutes I’ve found when I’m craving a good bowl of ramen. They cook well, taste great, and are a staple in my pantry now. I’ll definitely be ordering these again!

Real Ramen
I purchased these a while back and just now made a gluten free ramen dish for my husband who has allergies. I thought for sure they would be gross but they were so good. They are just like the regular ramen but so much better. They are not overly processed, natural ingredients, gluten free, UNseasoned so they are not full of sodium, really , if you looks at the sodium levels in regular ramen, it's crazy. Now I get to try and perfect my own seasoning. Plus they can be used for just about any kind of noodle or pasta dish. My husband is picky, he actually said they taste just like regular ramen. At two dollars a pack, they are NOT that expensive , especially when you consider they are much healthier for you. I hope you continue to make these just as they are . Thank you for a yummy, fantastic product. Oh, just follow the instructions, don't over cook them, and they will come out just right.

Craving ramen AND gluten free! Yay!
I have Celiac and these noodles are great! They take a little longer to cook on the stove but that's ok. I season it with gluten free soy sauce and a gluten free chicken noodle ramen seasoning. I would buy these again.

Great gluten free ramen for an alright price
This is a great ramen base that is super low effort to make. I can quickly make myself a single serving, and it is difficult to mess up. It's obviously not as cheap as glutenous ramen, but for being gluten-free, its price is alright. I've also been pleasantly surprised by how the ramen doesn't fall apart, which appears to be common among other gluten-free pasta. I would highly recommend also buying a seasoning powder for flavor.

Gluten Free ramien noodles!😋
I do like these. They take a few minutes longer to cook, but knowing they will not make me sick is worth it! I add pieces of chives, or cooked vegetables, add a flavor like beef or chicken bouillon, top with a dash of sesame oil!😋
