COMFIER Cordless Neck Massager with Heat, 4D Kneading for Shoulder Pain

This is a great item, far better than I expected. I really helps my neck issues and being rechargeable makes it really easy to use anywhere. The inclusion of a storage bag is a great and practical extra.

I recommend this product as it has relieved some of my shoulder and neck pain but I definitely cannot wear it as shown as that is too painful. It takes a long time to charge 2.5/3 hrs and you get around an hour out of it. You can't use it while it is plugged in. It is a little heavy. I like the heat feature and it comes with nice little travel bag. What I really like is how my back feels after.. it's as if the sensation of the massage continues.

I purchased this in April. By the end of May, the unit had stopped working. Specifically, it won't hold a charge, it only runs for a few minutes after charging for several hours. However, once I contacted support, they were quick to send a return label, and then sent a replacement item. Hoping the second item lasts longer, but I am very happy with the support I received.

I have gone through many of the other type with the rotating balls. They usally will last me a few months. I must put to much prssure on them and they eventually break. I thought I would try this and see if it lasts or works any better. It does a good job of pinching down on your upper and mid traps but it doen't work well anywhere else. Tried thighs, calves, mid and lower back but it just isn't very effective in those areas. I'm still trying to decide if I'm going to keep it. Though it's limited in my opinion, it can be very aggresive on your traps

Heat is great massage is wonderful...I wish the 2 on the back worked a bit harder neck is part is fabulous and does actually feel like someone massaging you... only real problem is it is very heavy...I was hoping to travel with it but I can't see myself getting through the airport with it just to heavy and a bit awkward...wish there was a mini version!..But at home it is and feels wonderful! I did a lot of research as I always do on everything, probably to much...great product!!

Love my new massager. Heat setting feels amazing. I get migrains that like to stem from my neck, as well as always sore near my shoulder blades, I feel like this is really going to help. Quiet enough to use while watching a movie. Speed adjustable and 3 different settings for the type of massage. Love it. I've been using it every day.
