Arrived without the seat and the back. You told ...
Arrived without the seat and the back. You told us we'd get a bit of a credit back. It's a Chair. The back and seat are part of the chair. We ended up having to take this to an upholsterer to put on a back and seat. Amazon does not appear to have a clue to how to back up their products.

Chair got here as promised. Well some of the chair got here on time. No seat,no back,no foot rest. The truly sad part is that I got this as a gift. Well I can tell you it was a SUPRISE ! Do I need to tell anyone about the color of my face ? Contacted Amazon. No problem with return. Hindsight, now I read the reviews,DUH ! It seems like a shot in the dark when ordering this product as to wether you get a whole chair. This leads me to ask( Why does Amazon still list it? )
