Works well but is the same active ingredient and dose as benadryl. Can just take that if you have some to save some money!

Terrible brand!
I don't think this is diphenhydramine at all. Both my husband and I took the medication and had to take a second dose because the first dose had absolutely no effect! However, even with the second dose, and that's supposed to be equal to 4 pills or 100mg of Benadryl, the pills we 100% ineffective! This brand is junk! Don't waste your money on this. Spend more and get a better generic brand.

Small gel tablets.And they work for me ,one pil an hour before you go to bed ,and you should fall alleenDrink water with the sleeping pills ..The value is great two large bottles with enough gel pills for 2 à 3 months.The price vs quality is 100 % correct.Storage pills keep pills out of the sun (they will melt). Keep pills on a cool place or fridge.
