A very good product
Very good product. Good build quality. Installation was quick and easy. Clearly explained the working of the filter. Will recommend.

No service, No response, False ticket closure- Avoid
I brought this product 6 months ego, after believing the ratings and reviews. But in may case it has been extremely disappointing, a free maintenance ticket has been raised in 5th March and the commitment of service with in 48 hrs, however the technician even called or visited my location and when I escalate this using their WhatsApp support the ticket closed immediately stating โrejected at siteโ which is completely incorrect. Since the WhatsApp chat boat doesnโt understand or an option to address this issue, I have been mailed to their customer care and when I didnโt get any response after weeks, I have looped all the available email ids of V-Guard escalation team and till now I havenโt got a single response from any of them, not even an auto reply. Strongly recommended reconsidering before purchasing, as the after sales support appears unavailable!

I am not satisfied with this water purifier. The purification quality is below expectations, and the water still has an odd taste. The plastic body feels low quality and installation service was not proper. Within a few days of use, performance started declining. Overall, it is overpriced for the quality provided. I would not recommend it. Service is also not good.
