Iwas worried about the bucket falling over but it didn't. It got my floors the cleanest they've been in a long time. It's easy to use and yes I did have to get clean water 3 times but I was amazed at the cleanliness of my floors after using it. I think it's worth the money. It comes with pods which smell so nice and 2 extra mop heads.

The name alone makes me smile, but apart from that, the product is mostly good with some slight issues. I used the mop for the first time today and noticed when I tried to dry the mop it often resulted in water squirting out the sides of the bucket and onto the floor. Now it was no trouble to mop this up, but the idea that the bucket should be filled to the max line means the water will inevitably spill over to the other chamber and simultaneously squirt out the sides. Not filling it to the max level won’t allow the mop to be completely saturated. This is indeed a conundrum. Overall it is a small matter though. I do not know about durability because I have only owned this mop for one day, but it is easy to use and gets in the corners well without streaking the floor. Only time will tell if the Joy Moop truly brings joy to my mooping.

This is a good system, very easy to use. We have vinyl flooring over a large area and this mop cleaned it easily and well. It use to take 4 or 5 changes with the wet cloth mop. This one, the heads are reusable and you can throw them in the laundry and reuse them.Easy to put together, Good quality material, delivered quickly. I recommend it. Price is compatible with other mops like this, actually a lot cheaper than what was in the local stores.

I was excited to try it bc my old mop head held every piece of trash that did not get caught by the vacuum even after rinsing and washing. I did not realize until I started mopping that my bucket came with a complimentary drain hole in the bottom. I have not attempted exchange yet bc I had already disposed of the box.

It’s a must have in my family, it cleans everything from the floors in up. Appliances, Blinds, walls on & on. I would truly be exhausted

Larger areas you need to dump and clean water frequently due to very small bucket, packet of pods was small as well.
