I am rating this product after one month of use. This has been one of the best purchase under USB mask. Pros: 1. Good decent pricing 2. Very gentle fabric and big mask to cover your entire eyes. 3. Even heating 4. 1 full charge works for 3 uses 5. Easy to wash and Maintain 6. After waking up keep it by your side press the button and use it, no fuss, its that simple. The cordless feature makes it very convenient to use and carry and can be used anywhere without the wires. So I would say it is good to have product if you are looking for warm compress. Update post 4 month of use: 1. Battery has started working erratically. 2. Now after charging its not even providing one use also properly. So in long term use battery is one area of problem. Now how should I repair no instructions also.

Completely defective product. It doesn’t heat up at all and is absolutely useless. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money. Everyone should refrain from buying it. It is also a non returnable item

Amazing.....I’ve been using this heating eye pad for a few days now and I’m honestly very impressed. It gives a really soothing and relaxing warm feeling, especially after long screen time or a tiring day. The heat level is comfortable (not too harsh), and it helps reduce eye strain and slight headaches. I usually use it for 10–15 minutes before sleeping, and it instantly relaxes my eyes and mind. The product is decent. Heat doesn’t reach the eyes and around it because due to the Fitting basically it covers part of your eyebrows. However, there are very few choices in the online, so this may be bought considering use at office, A bit pricey.

Nice eye mask and even better customer service from arboleaf. They really sent me a replacement when the old one stopped working, no questions asked. Bought a second one too

Als mir meine Augenärztin wegen meiner Augentrockenheit die Benutzung dieser Wärmeaugenmaske empfohlen hatte, war ich doch etwas skeptisch. Aber jetzt gehe ich keinen Abend ohne vorher die Maske aufgesetzt zu haben. Die Temperatur ist optimal, Maske passt hervorragend auf das Gesicht und der Stoff ist sehr angenehm.. Einmal geladen kann ich die Maske 4 Abende benutzen, danach muss sie wieder aufgeladen werden. Ich finde das ist ganz in Ordnung. Das trockene Auge wird immer besser. Ich benutze fast keine Tropfen mehr tagsüber. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen.

This is a must for anyone with dry eyes/blepharitis who has been advised to use a heated pad for their eyes. Used to use either a warm flannel or microwaveable masks but they don’t stay warm, soak you or get too hot to use (inconsistent heat). This is comfortable, heats exactly the right amount, is convenient as no running up and down the stairs heating masks etc. no wires while using and automatic shut off so could use to fall asleep. It does about 4 cycles before you need to recharge it so couple of days if using morning and evening. Charges quite fast too. Fits me well (fairly small head!) but it also fits my husband so would fit most people comfortably I think. It’s also good at blocking light so decent for that use too. It feels well made and sturdy, soft material. Honestly I can’t recommend this enough, it has been life changing.
