Product worth buying
I have been using all the products for the past months . Loved the tooth brush very soft on the toung Love the oil as well really refreshing and whitening ,toung cleaner is also awesome ๐

Very good
First time oil pulling. Well actually I did use a UK supermarket product back in the day but it was a lower quality pull than this. Can see the visible carnage that is removed from my teeth (yuck lol) I use a yogurt plastic container to spit into then I can discard the whole thing and replace. Not the greatest part of the experience but otherwise it works really well. At bed time I take a swig and swish it around while I take a pee. Then sublet minute or two before spitting, then rinse and brush. Easy. On alternative nights I floss instead so a good balance in the week. Visibly whiter teeth too (I drink lots of coffee and tea)
