Précipitez-vous et achetez-en, c'est une huile à consommer crue exceptionnelle! Ne pas s'en servir pour la cuisson (c'est la sizzle qui est faite pour la cuisson). Celle-ci ne doit pas être chauffée. À réserver donc pour les vinaigrettes et pour "drizzler" sur des légumes, du pain, des pâtes, etc. Une saveur qui explose dans la bouche, sans amertume et pas piquante. Juste du fruit. Une merveille

J'adore cette huile! Je l'utilise en finition sur des pâtes et pizza, en vinaigrette et avec vinaigre balsamique pour y tremper du pain!
