I have purchased these multiple time and really enjoy it. The combo of caffeine and L-Theanine does exactly what it says and gives you sustained energy. They have switched the bottles and even though its just a bottle, I love to new packaging, it feels more like a supplement rather than a bottle of Ibuprofen. Overall I would recommend this if your looking for something to keep you going through the day without being all jittery. I also take these throughout the day so even with multiple capsules a day I still do not get jittery, just clean focused energy.

These do work it says in really big number two capsules four times daily. I don’t know how I missed that. I took one capsule and thought this is generic. It doesn’t work, but they reached out to me and said 100% customer satisfaction is what they strive for I appreciate that so I tried it again and it’s amazing. I don’t have digestive issues from it. Pill capitalized smooth easy to use. It’s really good.

I really liked this product. It's not perfect but I'm satisfied and will likely purchase again if I don't meanwhile stumble upon something better. What I like most is two things: First I am very sensitive to caffein since I don't drink coffee and with these I do not get the caffeine rush that other pills game me in the past. Instead I do feel that I get a more steady release of energy over time which is exactly what I was looking for. Second while the recommended dosage is 100mg, each pill is 50mg so that you can "micro-dose" if you want a small boost without getting all that caffeine in or if it's later in the day and you're worried that a normal dose may keep you awake at night. All in all, I would definitely recommend this product.

These work as described but they work a lot better together still a caffeine stimulant but works better with my nerves I only take 1 I have adhd and can’t get a good stimulant for my blood pressure being high because I don’t have my adhd medication and my nerves are shot because I stay frustrated because of my ADHD not being treated right

I tend to get more snappy/anxious if I take regular caffeine pills intended for a quick energy boost. Usually 100-200mg. After a lot of research and reading the reviews on this I thought I would give it a shot. While I'm sure it works great for some, I can't say that it did much for me. I ended up creating my own dosage...taking one of my normal 100 mg caffeine capsules WITH one of these and it seems to do the trick for now. I get a steady energy boost (not as much as I would like) without the jitters or increased anxiety.

If you have issues with caffeine such as; the jitters, heart palpitations, etc., this product might be the one for you. I do not drink coffee and have always had issues with caffeine wherever it came from however, this product, for me, is amazing! I am almost done with my first bottle and had already ordered a second last month. The L-Theanine in it is a water soluble amino acid which is used, in this product, as a calming agent. Therefore, not caffeine jitters, no heart palps! Again, this is only my opinion but I have recommended it to family and they feel the same way as I do! I’m still only taking one per day that’s how well it works for me. According to the directions you can take up to 4 per day. I am SO happy with it!!!! PS There is absolutely no crashing either!

Second purchase of this. This time around I find that one capsule is enough for me and I cannot take it without eating because I get sick otherwise.

I’m a regular caffeine drinker . I took the dose as indicated and it literally caused a near panic attack! Very negative intense effect that kicked off immediately ! Really test your tolerance first and beware of the effect.
