Fun times with the family
After doing some research on Parkinson's disease treatment, we bought this for my father-in-law. Apparently, the random motion is good physical therapy. Knowing that he wouldn't do this on his own, we brought it in for Christmas and danced the night away. From the grandchildren doing the Frozen song to the adults doing duets, we had a blast and all got some decent exercise/therapy. At first, there is a good selection of songs and as you progress, you are able to unlock different versions of the same songs (i.e. sitting down, campfire, etc.). Note that you don't need any extra Wii accessories, just the Wii remote(s). Using just a Wii remote and the sensor bar, don't expect exact motion recognition. Although, how much fun would the game be if you had to be spot on? This game is good for the family and great for the price.

This is by far the best release as far as overall song selection
We have the first three games and played them excessively. We skipped some releases in between that didn't look appealing (I played a couple at my sister's and I just wasn't a fan of the music selection), and then decided to give this one a try. This is by far the best release as far as overall song selection, dance routines, background animation, and innovation. The option to play against players from around the world (as well as high scores lists) is great, and the community remixes are a lot of fun. The karaoke is decent and certainly a fun addition. I even like the extra songs for purchase better (although still expensive and they take up a lot of space on the wii). There are some songs that are not so family friendly, but they do censor lyrics, which I appreciate. It's an overall great, active game that the whole family enjoys.

My daughter says "Very fun with the hottest new songs
My daughter says "Very fun with the hottest new songs!" and there are still a few oldies for us too...:) Just Dance 2015 also gives you a great workout with get down on the floor movements and moving around the room. It's a game for all ages with different types of difficulty levels. 1 star, easy, 2 star, mild, and so on to five stars. You can also keep track of your score and progress with the Avatar Creator where you select your age and choose a fun image to represent yourself in the game. Just Dance 2015 is a wonderful game and has a great series with Just Dance, Just Dance 2, Just Dance 3, Just Dance 4 , Just Dance 2014, and the newest, Just Dance 2015. We own the whole collection and notice all the changes and upgrades being made. There is definitely not any negative statements to be made of Just Dance 2015! You will enjoy it! :) Note: My 12-year-old daughter helped me write this review...:)

Just Dance for the social media masses
I'm an avid fan of the Just Dance series. I've thoroughly tried all iterations of Just Dance, even the For Kids and Japanese versions, and I own 2, 3, 4, 2014, and now 2015 (I pre-ordered it for goodness sakes). Just Dance is a really popular party game for me, and I find it a fun energizing way to get some low impact cardio in my day with solo play. 2015 doesn't disappoint, even though it doesn't add anything particularly new or exciting to the formula. The selling point of 2015 is that the tracklist features more contemporary Top 40 songs than ever before, although there are still some classics and slightly obscurer fare. Don't get me wrong I thoroughly enjoyed the song selection, but more variety like they have in the past games would've been preferred. I can't fault Ubisoft though because the Top 40 and gimmicky songs are often the biggest hits when playing Just Dance with friends and family and the social experience is what Ubisoft is pushing. What I admire most about the Just Dance series is that the developers are willing to experiment with features, so often things that were duds don't reappear in subsequent games (like the impossible to complete achievement system in Just Dance 4). They seem to have hit the right formula with the streamlined 2014 as many of the features have carried over into 2015. The track carousal remains the same. The world multiplayer mode has been improved upon and expanded, incorporating online "Challengers" into your solo play (this is a good way to gain more star point things for unlocking alternate song versions). You can now push buttons during the world mode that will have little preset text pop up next your icon like "Hi!" "Oh no!" and "Nice Moves!" It's amusing for like a few seconds, then it gets a little annoying with the inconsequential text popping up on the left side of your screen. Unfortunately, they got rid of Versus songs, which were a big hit at parties for me. After each song, you can rate your experience with 1-5. I'm not sure what they do with this, but this clearly signals to me that they are trying to make Just Dance a more online interactive experience, especially with the inclusion of The Wall, which emulates social media wall updates. I find this completely unnecessary and easy to ignore (although the neat completionist in me drives me to look at all the messages so that it doesn't say I have any unread notifications). There are also Community Video versions of songs that includes a mashup of fans doing the choreography. You can also build a more complete profile and the profile page is actually pretty useful to me, as it clearly lays out all the number of points and achievements unlocked (time is included too). It also displays the calories you supposedly burned without turning on a separate mode. The aesthetics are very similar to 2014. The animation and designs have definitely improved and have gotten more creative. There were numerous times I was awed by the detail and flashiess of the animations. The most noticeable difference though is that there are now different camera angles on the dancer figures, which was disconcerting at first because I'm used to a stationary wide shot of the dancer. It makes the experience feel more like you are dancing along with a music video, which I think hypes me up more. I feel with each new version of Just Dance the choreography gets sharper. The difficulty hasn't gone up necessarily because this is still aimed at casual gamers, but I feel like the expectation for the player keeps getting higher as the choreography can be quite intricate and demanding. Just Dance 2015 doesn't even bother to tell you anymore the difficulty of song because obviously what matters to people is the song itself. Everything is still very doable but more reflective of choreography expected from legit dancers (without being too complicated like the Dance Central games). I don't think this is a marked improvement on 2014 (the best one so far IMO) as I find the social media features superfluous (sometimes even distracting) to my enjoyment of the game. I don't want to be bogged with updates nor do I care about other dancers high scores when I am in solo play. Nonetheless, even if the packaging is less than desired, the core dancing gameplay remains unchanged and still absolutely enjoyable. Just Dance 2015 is loads of fun and another excellent installment into the series. Keep 'em coming!

Gotta Love the Just Dance Crew
I am a just dance lover, this game is awesome.. The music selection is very good and I use this very often for exercise when too lazy to go to the gym. Its fun, its uplifting to my spirit (specially on those work days when u just don't want to go) and I have energy right out of bed when I jump on this game....The only thing I don't like is the removed features I'm used to from prior games, but otherwise I love it.

My daughters love it. They actually like all of the Just Dance series, but the second they got this disk, they played it non-stop for a few weeks. The songs are all well chosen and though I don't personally like the game, due to my two left feet, I'm just happy to see them so happy playing it. A great improvement over prior versions of this game is the ability for a large number of players to participate at the same time with Just Dance 2015.
