I was skeptical when ordering this, but I took a chance and I am so grateful I did! I absolutely love the collapsible feature. I have been using this every day since receiving it and it is amazing. The functions work beautifully. The controls are perfect and it heats up really quick. Follow the instructions and use warm water when filling it because that makes a huge difference in the quickness of the temperature reaching the desired level! I love the red light feature and the massage rollers as well as the pumice stone. The best way to relax at the end of the day! I highly recommend adding the tea tree oil / Epson salt pack!!! Your feet will thank you!!

Im giving it a one star. It worked very well until I accidentally put pressure on the back part of tub. It folded down, water went everywhere. The main problem is when I went to lift wall back up, I was electrocuted. I screamed fell back and my son pulled cord out of the wall. Im okay but shaken up a bit. Definitely returning it and I doubt I will ever buy something like this again. Super scary experience.

Seems like a nice foot spa Just recieved it today 4/5/2026 on Ressurection Sunday. It was hard for me to expand at first, but then I pushed on the bottom and pulled on top. made of rubber and wah lah it worked and now its ready to be used.

I was pretty excited to get this! The adjustability is nice. I love the way that it folds down and the noise level was fairly quiet however, even with the max level of water, my entire foot was not covered and I have pretty small feet. Then the pieces started coming off, ( the plastic piece where the bubbles come up from both of those came off as well as pumas stone that was in the middle. I tried to put them the back a few times and they just came right back off so they just floated around in the water the whole time) It did hold the water temperature good!! Then I was looking for where I could turn on the massagers, well, I guess I didn’t read on one of the pictures it says non-automatic. So you have to sit there and rub your feet back-and-forth back-and-forth and it’s not relaxing when you’re having to massage your own feet! I returned this item a day after I purchased it. There’s another one a few dollars more expensive and the massagers ARE automatic.

Seller quickly addressed a problem we were having with the foot spa. The problem was resolved and the product works great.

Caution. This product shocked my mom the first use of product brand new for Mother’s Day. Returned immediately due to this health hazard.

I was not pleased with the bubble function nor the vibration on this item. On all the previous foot spas I have owned I could feel the bubbling sensation and vibration in my feet, but sadly not on this one. As well, I was a little surprised and concerned that the water could reach such a high temperature! I am definitely going back to Homedics.
