Great coffee
I love the Peet’s coffee for nespresso original coffee machines. The test is great and strong and works perfectly with the machine. I needed to find a less expensive alternative with the increase in price with Nespresso.

Excellent coffee
I love this brand and flavor of coffee. Bold, dark and rich! I was so excited to see that the Peet’s capsules are recyclable and fit with the portable expresso coffee maker I purchased!

Love Peets
We love the flavor of Peet’s coffees and their dark roast is a favorite in our household. Although this brand is a bit pricier than others, if one is a “coffee-snob” who loves the quick and easy use of coffee pods in Nespresso-type machines, I think this is a winner. Additionally, we purchase other flavors/ levels that Peet’s offers. Find the ones you like best and you’ll be pleased, too.

Strong, but not my personal preference
Not my favorite. I like Pete’s brewed, but these do not to it for me in terms of espresso. Nothing wrong with them, just a personal preference. (I like the Starbucks, Cafe Bustelo, and the Pete’s decaf, Crema Sucra, and hazelnut.) The capsules are thick. I’ve had puncture issues (mainly with the Crema Sucra batch) where only one hole gets poked. I use a bird beak knife to make the holes just so my Cuisinart 4-in-1 brewer doesn’t vacuums seal itself for a few hours (which is unbelievably annoying). Haven’t tried these in my Nespresso Mini which has never ever had a problem breaking into capsules in the 4 years I’ve used it FWIW. (Pictured is an example of a capsule with a weird vacuum effect. This one did not get stuck, but this is what happens all over the capsule when one does.)

Perfection
I've long enjoyed Pete's dark roasts, and Major Dickason always works for me. Now that I have a Nespresso machine, I can enjoy it as an espresso or longo. Love it. Personally prefer it to Nespresso itself.
