Simple and effective. I bought these so I could easily remove gel or shellac polish. They're all the same size, so they'll fit for anyone. I was a little concerned that they might fit differently for a thumb vs a pinky finger, but really it was no problem. They stayed on all of my fingers, even when I was moving around and trying to do a few things while waiting. They never slid off. The cotton pads worked really well. I grabbed a stack of 10, saturated them with acetone all at once, then placed them in the clips. I folded them in quarters before putting in the clips so they wouldn't hang out and dry out the rest of my skin. If you're concerned about dried out skin, I recommend applying moisturizer before putting on the clips and you'll be fine. I suggest starting with the pinkies and leaving the thumb and forefingers till the end. It was a little tricky getting the last clip on, but no more than a 2 second struggle.

I was surprised when this package was delivered so quickly! I received 10 clips and a large bag of lint free wipes. These work great with regular polish or gel polishes. The lint free wipes are definitely a plus. There was absolutely no lint on my nails unlike with cotton balls. Within 5 minutes, I had the polish completely off of my nails. It took between 15-20 minutes of soaking to remove the gel polish. The clips were easy to use and didn’t put any pressure on my nails, like I get when I use the rubber ones. As an added bonus when I was waiting for the remover to work, I played crab claws with my granddaughter. So besides being functional, they can also be fun!

I bought these to hold cotton in place to remove SNS dip powder. The clips came with small rectangle papers (400). I planned on doing one hand at a time. It would be hard to do the 2nd hand with the clips on the 1st hand. I saturated the paper with the acetone, covered the nails with the paper and clip. Clip was secure and held the paper securely. After 20 mins (suggested time by manicurist), I went take off the polish and discovered that the paper dried and was attached to my nail. I then saturated the paper again and was able to slowly massage and remove the polish. DON'T use the papers! I then did the 2nd hand with cotton balls and the cotton retained the wetness and the polish came off without much effort. Buy the clips without the paper.

Very easy to use. only need to use one pad per clip and leave for a few minutes, then wipe the polish off. Yes - they are plastic but they are sturdy, the pads with it are an absolute value for the money.

Certainly makes soaking polish off much easier. The little squares are quite thin and dry out quickly, so have to use a few of them for each finger to keep the squares wet, but there are plenty of them. Worked great. Sturdy and stayed on well. Hard to do two hands at once. I needed help on the last clip or two.

Love love love these clips! I was using the aluminum foil method for removing gel polish, and it’s so cumbersome and uncomfortable. With these clips, it’s so easy to soak half a cotton ball in acetone, put it over your nail and insert the clip. The acetone soaked ball stays in place to dissolve the gel polish and make its removal so easy. And the lint free pads, which you get a huge amount of, are perfect for removing the tacky layer from the cured nail polish. Highly recommended!

I've seen people use these and thought they'd be good to use. I've only used them once as I mainly use acrylics, but they took of black gel polish really well! I recommend placing them on your dominant hand first so its easier to put them onto your non dominant hand if that makes sense. Also I use the lint free pads A LOT and they are thick and really useful for nail things!

They clip on well and I was able to remove my full cover gel tips - much better than using foil.
