Good quality, just watch freshness over time
I bought these to support my gut and overall health and have been eating two with lunch every day. Easy habit and a good way to get selenium.When I first opened the bag they were very fresh and tasted great. As I got further into the 2 lb bag, they were not quite as crisp and lost a bit of that fresh taste.Still a good product. I would just recommend storing them well or buying a smaller bag if you care about freshness.
