Congaplex is my go-to immune system support supplement! I take three every evening with a full glass of water to help keep my immune system healthy and strong. Any time my children are sick, my immune system fights off the germs faster than those around me that aren’t taking congaplex as a daily supplement.Highly recommend, especially during cold and flu season.

OK, so this is just my own personal experience with this supplement and as a lay person I can't possibly prescribe or advise anyone else on their diet, health, and medications.But for me this somehow keeps my sinuses clear. I have a couple of food allergies (chicken and mango, both of which I strictly avoid) but I also have a sensitivity to milk. In the past, I couldn't have even a drop of milk or cream without getting a little congested. And if I had enough milk or cream to color my coffee, I'd risk getting sick with common cold type symptoms making me miserable for days.Ear-Nose-Throat MD's have checked me out and found no polyps or anything more weird than a slightly deviated septum. It was always either a shrug and an occasional vibe that I was a hypochondriac, creating my own symptoms, or a hearty endorsement for daily antihistamines and pseudoephedrine for acute episodes. I mean, these medicines do attack the symptoms, but I'm not crazy about taking those regularly for the rest of my life.Compound this situation with the fact that I eat a keto diet, living on greens, fats, and a little protein; emphasis on fats. It's a tightrope walk to keep from getting a little mucous-y on the fats. Then on a US chiropractor's advice, I started taking one Congaplex per day. Wow, did my sinuses feel great. I definitely feel it within two days if I go off the supplement. So it's helping with my condition and the ingredients are mostly herbs.Probably a good idea for you to visit a professional specialist (chiropractors, nutritionists) who has done the research on Standard Process supplements, but this is my personal endorsement.

My mother in law introduced me to these years ago when I had a terrible cold and couldn't breathe. This helped clear some of the congestion as well as made me feel a little better. Also good for daily supplements use for immune system. Highly recommend this and the chewable for little ones if they are sick! My ex's daughter had a wart on her finger and it helped clear it up.
