Worst product and service also double worst I purchased in October 2025 from day of installation every month it getting some problem like alarm sound , beep sound, now ro failed bad water taste tds was not getting and the worst thing is when service engineer visit they are making us fools product was in warranty they need to replace the not working product properly but they are not doing and making us fools he is opening new ro filter product infront us but with in seconds while blinking our eyes he is changing the product and telling just now only I opened the product but he installed already use ro filter and I booked service request twice on 15/03/2026 and 24/03/2026the problem was not solved on 15 the engineer told I will come and replace with new one he came again on 26/03/2026 but in service app where I booked service request in that added spare parts on 15th but it was wrong and they are doing fraud they added spare parts today but they mentioned in last booked request finally kent was not working good and service engineer was bad and I don't want this product anymore
