Defective!!
As I opened it the little applicator tip fell off!!! I’ve had concealer bottles for months and the tip is still intact. This was he first time I’ve bought this brand that use the experience I received. And Amazon would not refund unless I returned it. It spilled all over me so I got rid of it, why would I send back a spilling concealer??!!!!!!
