It’s easy to adjust the dosage. You can take just one capsule if you’re taking other vitamins as well. I’ve been taking it for over two weeks now, and I’m happy with everything.

This is a great value for your money. Good clean ingredients. This is my go to for omega 3. I wanted to combine some of my supplements and this is perfect. No after taste and I definitely feel the difference in my joints and energy. Pills are a little big but aren’t hard to swallow.

Good supplement everything I wanted in one capsule. However they are horse pills. next purchase I will look for something with smaller capsules

So amazing I read the reviews before buying this and is definitely great, great price, I feel the changes on my health in general, you take two daily, they are big but because is gel they are not hard to swallow!

Usually take all of these separate so I am giving this a try to see if I notice anything, I haven't had the fish burps or any weird after taste so at least for me it's nice, the size is normal for fish oil, I haven't had any side affects and thought it was reasonably priced. I have never used PrimeMD before so I can't speak for their quality but I am excited about reducing the number of pills.
