These panels are a solid budget option with a few trade-offs worth noting. Installation: Extremely easy. The self-adhesive backing saves time, and I had them mounted in minutes without extra tools or mess. That alone makes them very beginner-friendly. Aesthetic: Clean, simple, and uniform. They definitely upgrade the look of a wall or workspace, giving it a more professional feel for anyone filming, streaming, or podcasting. Performance: Here’s where expectations matter. These are not high-end acoustic panels. They will cut down on some echo and dampen light noise, which helps improve audio quality in smaller rooms, but they won’t fully soundproof a space or handle heavy outside noise. Think of them as an affordable step up for content creators on a budget rather than a full studio solution. Value: For the price, they’re worth it if you need a quick, functional, and decent-looking option. They’re “good enough” for casual use, gaming, Zoom calls, or starter studios, but not a substitute for professional acoustic treatment. Overall: Easy to use, visually appealing, and fairly effective at a low cost. Great entry point for beginners, light creators, or anyone testing out sound treatment before investing in premium panels.

the panel looks good like decoration but the sound proof is not good. we still can hear the noise ( people talking) from the next room, although i've applied on both sides

So I order two boxes of theses at separate times. They arrived on time and everything so that was great. The design looks nice and the back is fairly sticky and seems to be sticking to the wall well so far. I’m only giving it three stars because although I like the design it can be a little trouble some to cut it if you need to cut a straight line because of the groves in it. BUT the biggest problem is that the box of the panels definitely had a strong odor to them, as the other first box did not have any smell to them and that was even letting the box air out for a day. So that’s why I’m giving a three star rating as of now. Time will tell on the effectiveness of the product. Update to follow after I’ve used them for a bit.
