So I use this mesh first before I apply the waterproof?

You apply the waterproofing material to this mesh by using a brush.

Do i need to use the laticrete hydro barrier and a waterproofing membrane fabric before the thinset or just one of them?

After installing the concrete boards use laticrete hydro ban everywhere. Even on the floor. Use a brush in the corners & a thin nap roller on the walls & floor. If you have any gaps more than an1/8" wide you will need to use the membrane. Hydro ban will fill & waterproof gaps up to 1/8". 2 coats will give you 100% waterproof. Then you will use thinset to glue down your tiles.

Should I put a white primer paint over this, will the blue color show thru a white solid surface tub surround?

If you are using it to bridge the seams of your cement board or other suitable wet area backerboard, you need to "paint" the fabric with Red Guard or AquaDefense. Not sure what you mean by "will the blue color show thru"? The membrane fabric is completely white. check out the manufactures instructions for further info.

For the Durock seams, do I use this on top of mesh and mortar or use this product instead of cement mesh and mortar to seal the seams?

When you tape Durarock use special cement board tape and modified mortar leave a indent. On top use redgard with the fabric between coats of redgard on all seams and corners
