Absolutely amazing, I feel so much better. Helps so much with staying focused at work. Doesn't really have a taste so it goes good with anything or just taking straight from the bottle. It does take a little over a week to feel full effects (at least for me it did). I bought 2 more just so I don't run out because my husband started taking it after seeing how it helped me. 100% recommend especially if you are like me with having problems staying focused!! I even have had more energy! I rarely leave reviews but this is one product I was amazed by so I had to let people know!!

Seems to be a quality, barely filtered, product. Im doing a slow increase to avoided "the runs". Ill update effectiveness.

Lions mane mushroom extract is very easy to take and a great addition to your daily vitamin regiment. I have told other people about it and they are using it and they love it as well.

This product tastes good making it easy to take. It lowered my husband’s blood pressure so he no longer needs the 2 blood pressure meds and now his blood pressure is consistently lower than it was while taking those meds.

The flavor is good but I didn’t feel much of a difference after using for about a month. I’ve used lions mane with other brands so I’m pretty familiar with its effects and how it’s supposed to work.
