So far so great
It's too early to evaluate the full effectiveness of this supplement, but I can tell with full confidence that my sleeps have been deeper since I started taking this. I have noticed more intense dreaming and my smart watch confirms that my deep sleep and R.E.M. are extended. For now I give it five stars. After 3 months I will edit the review if needed.

Title: Noticeable Relaxation Without Unwanted Side Effects I've been pretty impressed with this KSM-66 so far. The biggest thing I've noticed is the relaxation—it feels calming without making me feel completely out of it. I've also noticed an improvement in my sleep, especially when I take the second capsule later in the day. The capsules themselves don't have a strong scent or unpleasant aftertaste, which I appreciate. They've also been surprisingly easy on my stomach and digestion. I haven't experienced nausea, bloating, or other digestive issues from them. As far as effectiveness, I'm still giving it time because supplements like this aren't an overnight fix, but the calming effect has been noticeable enough that I plan to continue taking it consistently. So far I haven't experienced any unwanted side effects, either. Overall, I'm happy with the quality and especially like that the 600 mg serving is divided between two capsules so I can split them between morning and evening.

I'll tell you what! I noticed a HUGE difference when I ran out of this a couple of weeks ago! It absolutely helps with stress and cortisol levels, which ultimately affects sleep, if your cortisol spikes in the night. I've been waking up anywhere from 3:00 a.m to 5:00 a.m., unable to fall back asleep, and I've been super stressed out at the same time! I truly can tell the difference, and I only take one capsule per day in the morning, with something containing fat (it's best absorbed with fat). This is a legitimate product and quality brand!

It works to reduce stress
Ashwaganha definitely helps me with stress and anxiety, but this KSM-66 is probably the best version of it. The price is right and it's something I use everyday. I have a high stress job so I take it in the morning before work. Some people say it helps them sleep but I don't use it at night, so I couldn't say.
