Good value
I had a hard time finding this in the stores. I am not sure why it’s a basic item. It’s perfect to make a quick bread without needing yeast.

Works Like A Charm
Works like a charm - every single time.Good for quick breads (e.g., milk bread). Not a substitute for yeast (if that is what you are looking for).

It's OK
It's OK, but not great, seems to be soft wheat (cake) flour, and biscuits need to be a little harder.But, that's just my opinion, the stuff does what it's supposed to.

Can't find in stores
My mom makes a Jamaican fruit cake every Christmas. Last year she called me and was complaining about how she cannot find this flour anywhere in the stores. It has to be this particular brand and type in order for her cakes to taste perfect. The first thing I did was come straight to Amazon, and BAM there it was. The price was great! I had it shipped to her and she was thrilled!
