If your ears tend to get blocked by wax, this machine is definitely worth trying. At first, the instructions seem rather complicated but it’s actually quite easy to set up and operate. I had to give both ears several tanks of water to dislodge two impressive lumps of wax—and suddenly hearing became so much clearer! I progressed through the settings and it was the 'Pulse' setting that dislodged the wax.It does seem important to use ear drops for a few days before using the machine. The only criticism I have is that the waste water tank is marked ‘SEWAGE’. Ear wax can be a bore but it isn’t really that bad or dirty …

After suffering every few months with hearing loss in my left ear, due to wax buildup. I decided to purchase the KAUGIC Ear Wax Removal Kit. I am so glad i did. It is quick and easy to set up. After a single use, a sprat for 4 seconds, my hearing returned. Absolutely amazing. Please bear in mind to let the water drain from your ear for the full effect. A must buy for cleaner ears, or repeated blocked ears.

Oh my god, this thing is amazing. One thing you must do is do drops at least twice a day for a week before using. Use the bicarbonate of soda ones. They worked the best. The biggest problem I had was getting the water the correct temperature, as I didn’t have a thermometer. It does have a handy blue, green, red light thing, and only use it on green sitting. I only used the very slow setting. It’s very strange at first especially if you have never had this done in the past. Doctors don’t offer this service anymore. The water doesn’t last long so you do have to refill it, but if you fill a jug at beginning it’s easier. When the water finishes, you undo the top and poor out the dirty water. If you really want to know what was in there, pour into an empty container. I so wish I had taken a photo of the gunk that came out. My hearing improved immediately.

Had a mega blockage in the left ear (could hardly hear a thing) it took about 15 rounds but it cleared the damn thing! The right ear had a minor blockade and the first blast cleared a nice chunky plug. It feels so good and I can hear so much better. Really chuffed!

This item is really good! I had a build up of wax in my left ear causing diminished hearing and a permanent hissing. After a quick assembly from easy to follow instructions, I tentatively tried it on soft mode as I am reluctant to put things in my ear. Both soft and normal modes had no effect so I tried strong mode with some reluctance plus more positive results. Long story short, I can hear out of both ears again. I highly recommend this product.

Do not purchase this product unless you’re absolutely sure you want it. I found it noisy and uncomfortable. Because of hygiene, no returns are accepted and the process is very annoying on a loop without explaining the reason. When I spoke to Amazon customer service, the agent stated that no refunds were acceptable. He stated that it was clearly stated on the Amazon and the website. Except it is not, you need to press on returns and read the exceptions. Very poor. Purchase with care.

This is an amazing kit, it was easy to use and cleared my ears after one use I used it a second time to be sure and but this was not necessary as there was no wax left. After previously using a syringe with the waste running down my neck the Kaugic was a delight with all the waste going straight int the waste tank.

Stopped working. I registered the warranty and getting no where. Used it once.

This works better than my expectations. I thought I might have a buildup of earwax, particularly in my left ear so looked for something to clean them with. On my right ear, little waxy bits came out right away but on the left it took about 4 tries and then a plug almost the size of a pencil eraser popped out... wow, instantly my hearing was better. As for the unit, it seems to be made well. It charges with USB and a charge lasts for many cycles so it won't have to be charged it constantly. It has a water temperature sensor. You must use warm water, which helps soften the wax. And there are four settings. I tried them all and they all seem to have a place. I used the pulse and the most powerful at first but would likely use a more gentle cycle for regular maintenance. Wax buildup in ears can be a real issue but going to the doctor to have them clean it out can be tedious and so how nice it is that you can do it at home with a machine like this. It's not messy at all, as the waste water gets sucked into the machine. It's very easy to use. I highly recommend this.

Simple setup. Seems to work well. Results are viewable in the sewage tank section. If your issue is a simple wax build up or blockage this is a good divice to use.

A pretty good device for earwax removal for those of us that have chronic earwax issues. It has temperature sensing so you cannot use too hot water, fits over your ear, cleanly and with no leakage and seems to be very effective and nontraumatic. The temperature sensor is important because too hot or too cold or water can cause pretty profound dizziness.

Works great! First time using it and it cleans as good as going to a specialist to get your ears cleaned. It’s comfortable on the ear and no discomfort at all while cleaning. Recommend.
