it didnt work but its my fault

Great and easy to install. Exactly as described.

Worst project I opened it right out the bag plug it in and instantly did not work. I unplugged it to see you know what might’ve the other fault but no, it was the adapter and after re-plugging it back in both ends broke.

I tried with Nissan and Mazda, although the sterio had a decode function, but it did not work.

This probably connects pins as intended, but on its own, does nothing. Extra electronics or software are needed to send an audio signal through USB. If you are a programmer, this might have utility. The build seems good enough for what it is.
