Though the first laptop I received the back lights didn't work. The return policy was very easy and went smooth. They sent a new laptop out before I had even sent the one that didn't work back. The laptop is light weight and is all around a great laptop. I didn't want to spend a bunch on a new laptop and couldn't be happier with the decision I made on getting a refurbished one.

structural damage
I purchased this refurbished laptop with good expectations. Overall, the device works properly: acceptable performance, functional condition, and it meets basic needs.However, it has a significant physical issue that should not be present, even for a refurbished product. The screen is partially detached from the chassis, which is noticeable from the first use. This is not just a cosmetic flaw, as it raises concerns about the durability of the device and the risk of further damage when opening and closing the laptop.I understand that refurbished products may show signs of wear, but this type of structural defect should have been identified and fixed during the refurbishment process before being sold.In my case, since the product was shipped to another country, the return process is costly and impractical, making it not a viable option.In summary, the laptop works, but the refurbishment quality is disappointing. I recommend the seller improve their quality control before listing these products.

Functional laptop at reasonable price point.
Very nice product, especially for the price. It is very fast and is typically very user friendly. There are three issues I've noticed, the charger doesn't stay well in the charging port, the battery life is short, and the audio driver has been uninstalling itself when the computer updates. This has been solvable by reinstalling in audio driver, which has been very easy.

What a nice laptop! Excellent condition. I'm a Linux guy and Mint installed and works flawlessly! Even worked with my wifi printer straightaway. Expect it to last the rest of my laptop days!!

This price is a steal
This laptop had a Image issue that was easy to fix myself with the help of chatgpt. After I repaired windows os it worked perfectly. Also had touchscreen, illuminated keyboard, fingerprint scanner and other bells and whistles that they didnt list of the site.

Great deal
Arrived a day earlier than expected. Understand this is a refurbished laptop, that while stated in excellent condition I expected a few flaws. Seller was very quick to respond to my one question. Easy set up, great value -vs- purchasing new.

Adware
All 5 laptops that I ordered had adware installed that you cannot get passed even though seemingly it looked like the laptops were reset. Returning all of these because these are not acceptable refurbs.
