very well made. I had used one in therapy after breaking my arm, hand, and wrist. After the surgery I was seeing a hand therapist that had me use this item. She suggested I get my own from Amazon so I could strengthen and release the tension in the muscles of my forearm. This one is exactly like the one we used. It's well made and gives me the right amount of tension. I really like it.

Nice and easy device while recovering from injured wrists. Has a great grip and bends well.

Gives your arms/shoulders a good workout. EZ to use and store. Nice, durable design. Good value.

I'm going to OT and they had me use this for a tear in my wrist. So I bought one to use at home because it's really helping me.

I bought this for a stroke survivor relative who already has a red Theraband bar. Love these things, they're a great way to exercise wrists, arms, hands, etc. or to use as an assist with step training for something to step over on the floor or even to massage the soles of feet. With stroke strength can be very limited, so bought the yellow one hoping it would be easier for the person to use until strength improves more. Upon trying it myself, it's only very slightly smaller in diameter than the red bar (maybe 1/8th inch), and honestly it doesn't feel to have much if any less resistance than the red one. Was hoping for more of a difference that would facilitate the rehab in the limited strength hand. If you're an able adult and use the red bar, the yellow may be a waste of money as the two seem very close. Would have given 5 stars otherwise. Great product.

Perfecto para estirar antebrazos en niños o en casos de poca fuerza o proceso muy agudo de patología tendinosa. Lo uso para epicondilalgia en proceso agudo, cuando la resistencia del de color rojo resulta excesiva. También sirve para entrenar la fuerza con ejercicios isométricos o excéntricos y prevenir así patología tendinosa.

Prodotto ottimo lo consiglio a chi soffre di epicondilite, fatto con costanza all'inizio si sente un po' di dolore ma con il tempo mi ha risolto questo problema veramente fastidioso.

Very effective much more than using a towel for relieving elbow pain (both golfer's and tennis). And cost is equal two pastries (in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad)! So buy this high quality product rather than cheaper ones. Your elbow deserves it!

Adquirí esta barra porque se recomendaba comenzar desde cero. Para muchos se puede comenzar con la verde. Después de probarla adquirí una para mi madre. No sólo ayuda con el codo de tenista y el codo de golfista, sino que tambien ayuda mucho para el síndrome del tunel. A mi mamá, desde el primer día de uso le quitó el dolor por el síndrome del tunel. Adicionalmente se pueden hacer otros ejercicios que ayudan de manera terapeútica o como ejercicios de fuerza.
