I was advised by my friends, who are both medical doctors, and also very keen follower's, as I am myself, of food being medicine and we have many interesting discussions to share ideas of foods that heal or help the body. My friends have used this particular brand for a few years, and habe found it to be the best, especially for helping with diabetes and other health conditions. I am very satisfied with this Ceylon cinnamon. It has an exceptionally fine and delicate taste with no bitterness at all. Unlike Cassie, true Ceylon cinnamon is naturally very low in coumarin, making it much safer and healthier for daily consumption.
