I purchased 2 of the Phantom Gel Strikes for Christmas for me and my 7yo son. What took the gel blasters to the next level was the glow in the dark hopper and gelletts. Absolutely amazing. We played in a school field and you can seen them from 100 feet away. I will say, the included gelletts are not as good as name brand gelletts. Not a big, but they still work. Would buy again.

This worked very well, really illuminates the tracing ammo, my son loved it. A lot of fun to shoot, highly recommend!

My kids go to the county fair and every year, we get out the Gel Blasters and ALL the kids ride around, having a little “war”. Last summer we didn’t have a glow in the dark one but we used one of our friends, I came home and ordered one for our kids, it’s such a cool item to have for kids! The battery lasts awhile, and it’s easy to set up and use!

Have to say this makes playing at night really fun. Basic design that works very well. Bought a couple of these to use with regular gel blaster Surge. It replaces the feed port that slides onto the top of the gun. Soaking gels for 24 hours makes a significant difference in consistent shots that don’t break apart. Gels seem to continue to absorb water for 24-30 hours. We tried doing just 2-3 hours and had misfires that break up as they exit barrel. Our kids had a blast and so did I. Takes (2) AAA batteries and the switch is just a simple push button toggle.
