The 4R35 movement used in this piece is indeed an automatic and features stop seconds and hand winding.

where is it made ? and does it come in original box with warranty?

I believe it is made in Japan. It comes in original box but without warranty. To register warranty you need an electronic file of receipt to upload at Seiko website. I did not receive an up-loadable receipt from the seller after asking for one.

The movement under the watch description says quartz yet the title says this is an automatic. The model number is an automatic but which is this?

It’s an automatic. I think that concerned me as well when I purchased this watch. You can manually wind as well.
